--- title: "Belarusian delegation meets Pakistan's army chief to discuss security cooperation" description: "Most outlets reported that a high-level Belarusian delegation, led by Lieutenant General Aleksandr Volfovich, met with Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Asim Munir, to discuss security and defence cooperation. While the framing was largely consistent, a few outlets, such as Pakistan Today and the Business Recorder, explicitly stated that both countries \"vowed\" or \"agreed\" to deepen or boost cooperation, adding a slightly more forward-looking emphasis. Other outlets, like Minute Mirror and Daily Pakistan, focused more on the meeting itself and the topics discussed without explicitly stating an agreement or commitment." url: https://harzaviya.com/stories/12902-belarus-delegation-calls-on-field-marshal-discusses-security site: HarZaviya language: en --- # Belarusian delegation meets Pakistan's army chief to discuss security cooperation pakistan · updated 8 Oct 2026, 5:51 AM PKT · 7–8 Oct 2026 · 7 articles from 6 outlets **HarZaviya summary** — how 6 outlets covered this, generated automatically from their headlines and excerpts: > Most outlets reported that a high-level Belarusian delegation, led by Lieutenant General Aleksandr Volfovich, met with Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Asim Munir, to discuss security and defence cooperation.
